What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
In the caos of all days, there is a moment where I just say, STOP!
I start to think about my priority then I organise the first thing that I have to do and i do it.
Sometimes we run all the time and we don’t take a moment for take a break and visualizing what is better to do right now.
Because is the now that first important thing to thinking, without the now we don’t have a future.
